About the owners
Villa Papavero is owned by Loveday
Property Services , a small
UK property development company,
run by two brothers, David and Tony Loveday. Loveday
Property Services has been in business for 8 years, successfully
redesigning and redeveloping properties in and
around the Sheffield area of the
UK. Villa Papavero was bought in 2005 by the
Loveday brothers and their families, primarily as a second
family home. The main part of the villa was
built in the 1920s, and is attached to an original 16th Century
Sanctuary.
Over the last 3 years David and Tony have
spent many months in Italy, re-crafting the property into the luxurious
villa you see today, whilst also retaining many of its original
features.
As
can be seen from the photographs on the Villa
Accommodation pages and from our Slideshows
, the villa has been equipped and
decorated to a very high standard, as appropriate for the
Lovedays' second family home. David & Tony's wives, Clare
and Elaine have been largely responsible for interior design.
