The main kitchen has a large dining table with solid
oak bench and chairs to seat six people. Through the archway into the
breakfast room there is a further table and set of chairs
providing ample seating for 12 in total. The large patio doors and
windows overlook the south east facing, rear patio.
This is the perfect place to take
breakfast.
This paved patio has a large
outside table with enough outdoor seating to accommodate 12 people. A
few paces away is a larger patio with a covered and
tiled area, ideal for eating in the shade on the hotter Summer
days, or under cover for cooler Spring and Autumn
evenings.
There is another large
patio adjacent to the covered area, large enough for dancing
and perfect for a BBQ. This area has many sun beds and outside
seating and is close to the kitchen. See the Villa Garden

One of
our favourite places to eat is on the third patio, to the side
of the house. This paved area is shaded by the trees,
surrounded by gardens, and has a spectacular view over the valley
towards the Appennine mountain range. Small villages can be made out, in the
distance, nestled in the fields and hills. Take another look
