The villa accommodation is spacious and luxurious, accommodating 12 adults with ease. The main villa sleeps 10 persons, whilst a self contained apartment, accessed from the first floor balcony, sleeps a further 2 persons. This apartment allows the owners to visit Villa Papavero whilst still offering the main villa for rent. However, when the apartment is in use by the owners the main villa's rental capacity is reduced to 10 persons. Hence prices are shown below for both a "10 person rental" and a "12 person rental".

All prices for the villa rental are in sterling per week, Saturday to Saturday. The rental start date determines the price band. Different start days and rental periods may be available at the discretion of the owners. If you prefer a slightly different proposition then we may be able to accommodate you. Please note that an additional "bank holiday" premium of 100 will be charged for any week containing one or more English bank holidays. An initial deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. A returnable breakages deposit is also payable when paying the rental balance. See the 'Terms and Conditions' page by clicking the link below. Central heating is available for an extra, negotiable charge but will only be needed in the coldest winter months.
